What\'s in it for you? Reporting to the Display Advertising Manager, the Paid Media Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting the effective delivery of our annual paid media plan. You will work closely with publishers, paid media agencies, ad platforms, programmatic partners and media houses to develop and execute paid media campaigns, ensuring they align with our KPI objectives. This role involves managing day-to-day administration and implementation tasks, with a strong focus on ad operations.

Your role with us: Support the end-to-end execution of paid media campaigns across display, native, social, and programmatic channels. This includes everything from briefing creative and setting up campaigns in ad platforms, to QA, tracking, reporting and optimisation.

Collaborate closely with design, media agencies, and internal teams to ensure campaigns are on-brand, on-time and performance-driven. Leverage tools like SemRush and SimilarWeb for research, help manage testing initiatives, and stay across trends in ad tech - particularly within the gambling, casino and sports verticals.

What you will do:

  • Assist with the end-to-end execution of paid media campaigns across display, native, paid social, and programmatic channels.
  • Create design briefs, liaise with the internal design team to provide assets for different campaigns.
  • Set up campaigns in ad platforms (DSPs, social platforms, direct deals), including trafficking creative assets, tracking links, targeting, budgets, and placements.
  • Leverage third-party tools like SemRush, SimilarWeb, Ahrefs to research potential websites to advertise.
  • Conduct QA checks to ensure campaign setups are accurate and meet performance goals.
  • Monitor live campaigns daily, flag issues proactively, and implement optimisations as directed by the Display Manager or agency team.
  • Coordinate with media agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure timely asset delivery and adherence to deadlines.
  • Assist with testing initiatives (A/B and multivariate) to improve creative and performance outcomes.
  • Support in compiling and distributing performance reports, pulling data from relevant ad platforms.
  • Maintain campaign documentation and trackers to ensure accurate records of performance and spend.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to ensure ads meet brand and technical specifications.
  • Keep up to date with trends in ad tech and industry best practices, especially in the gambling and sports verticals.

What you will bring:

  • 2+ years of experience in a hands-on paid media role, ideally within an agency or in-house marketing team.
  • Interest in sports, casino and gambling industries is essential (NON-NEGOTIABLE).
  • Experience in setting up and managing campaigns in at least one of the following: The Trade Desk, Google DV360, and/or other programmatic DSPs.
  • Strong organisational and executional skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Comfortable working with tracking links (UTMs, ad servers) and basic campaign measurement (e.g. impressions, clicks, CTR, CPA).
  • Familiarity with ad trafficking tools and tag management systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Proactive, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Bonus points if you also have:

  • Bachelors or Masters in Sport Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus.
  • Sales experience in a previous role.
  • Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs) as well as Slack and Jira
