Responsibilities
  • Oversee a team of 5 Sales Consultants and an Aftercare Consultant, reporting directly to the Dealer Principal.
  • Lead, motivate and develop the sales team to achieve targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Manage daily operations in a full-time leadership role within a well-established dealership.

  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

  • Ability to manage and respond to online customer inquiries across various platforms
