Description
- Develop and implement national sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a sales team to ensure high performance and goal alignment.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the industrial and manufacturing sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Analyse market trends to adapt strategies and maintain competitiveness.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales initiatives with broader business goals.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
A Successful National Sales Manager Should Have
- Proven experience in sales leadership within the industrial and manufacturing sector.
- Strong understanding of sales strategy development and implementation.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and inspire a sales team.
- Proficiency in analysing market data and sales metrics.
- Ability to build lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Relevant qualifications in business, sales, or a related field.
- Competitive salary package of $190-220k AUD + super.
- Generous car allowance of $25,000 AUD.
- Performance-based bonus of 15%.
