About The Role

Concord Repatriation General Hospital has a well-earned reputation for excellence in healthcare for over 70 years. Building on its heritage of caring for the Veteran community, the hospital serves the local communities of Concord, Strathfield, Burwood and beyond.

The Haematology Cellular Therapies and Clinical Research Quality Officer will facilitate all aspects of Quality Management related to Cellular Therapies within the Haematology Clinical Research Unit (HCRU) at Concord Repatriation General Hospital (CRGH). The scope of this role is to develop, implement, monitor and audit standard operating procedures as applied to clinical practice within the cellular therapy and clinical research programs.

Ideal Candidate

All candidates must have full working rights within Australia. Relevant post-graduate tertiary qualifications in Health Information Management, Information Technology, Health Sciences or biological sciences or a related discipline and/or relevant experience. Experience in cellular therapy and/or bone marrow transplantation. Proven experience in managing and negotiating effectively with internal and external stakeholders in the development of projects and monitoring the achievement of targets and deadlines.

Responsibilities
  • Facilitate quality management related to cellular therapies within the Haematology Clinical Research Unit
  • Develop, implement, monitor, and audit standard operating procedures for cellular therapy and clinical research programs
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure targets and deadlines are met
Qualifications
  • Post-graduate qualifications in Health Information Management, Information Technology, Health Sciences, biological sciences, or related discipline or equivalent experience
  • Experience in cellular therapy and/or bone marrow transplantation
  • Strong stakeholder management and project monitoring skills
