
Finance Administrator

PHE is currently seeking a committed, driven and enthusiastic Finance Administrator to join our growing team in Brisbane on a permanent basis.
This role is crucial in supporting our project-based finance operations. You\'ll be responsible for processing accounts payable, managing travel expenses, and allocating costs accurately within MYOB to ensure effective job tracking and reporting.
Responsibilities- Process all creditor invoices related to job and GL purchases (on account).
- Ensure timely entry and coding of invoices for all divisions.
- Allocate expenses accurately to relevant jobs/servers in MYOB for project costing.
- Reconcile and process travel expenses, including flights and accommodation.
- Liaise with project managers and internal teams to verify invoice allocations and approvals.
- Assist with end-of-month reporting and cost tracking as required.
- Proven experience in Accounts Payable or Finance Administration, ideally in mining, construction, or project services.
- Experience using MYOB or similar accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cost centres or jobs.
- Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Able to work independently and as part of a fast-paced finance team.
