Are you planning to reach Director level in the coming years?
Off the back of targeted Marketing and Business Development plus our preferred agreements with some of Australia's largest and best known organisations, Core Talent has grown quickly in Melbourne and are currently looking to hire our next generation of leaders, to help us double in size again.
With an initial focus on existing relationships (local and national agreements), your role will have you dealing with large multinationals through to successful SMEs that underpin the current resilient recruitment market. Your remit will be large, with no geographic or salary boundaries and roles to fill from day one.
This is a position that will appeal to experienced Managers or Senior Consultants looking to build a team of their choosing in a market they enjoy. You will be able to work more autonomously with an organisation that provides truly flexible working conditions and well above market earning potential.
A background in external agency recruiting within the Finance, HR, IT, or Business Support industries will be considered advantageous but not essential.
Candidates would ideally have 4+ years' experience with strong billing backgrounds.
