Our Continuous Improvement team works collaboratively across Whitehorse City Council to embed a culture of innovation and best practice. We support staff through training, coaching, and project delivery, ensuring improvement initiatives are aligned with strategic goals. The team\'s work helps to simplify processes, increase efficiency, and deliver better services to the community.
Key Highlights- Lead the design and delivery of organisation-wide benefits reporting.
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards that track real outcomes across Council.
- Turn data into insights that drive smarter decisions and measurable community impact.
Reporting to the Coordinator Continuous Improvement, this role is responsible for tracking, reporting, and analysing the benefits of Council\'s improvement initiatives. You will work closely with staff and project champions to identify, scope, and deliver improvement projects using Council\'s methodology. The role also supports the integration of the Continuous Improvement Program with other key strategies, ensuring initiatives contribute to Council\'s long-term goals and deliver measurable outcomes for the community.

You are proactive and able to turn ideas into real results. With well-developed analytical skills and a collaborative approach, you can guide projects from concept to completion while engaging a wide range of stakeholders.
Essential:
- Relevant degree or equivalent extensive experience (e.g., Data Analytics, Lean Six Sigma).
- Experience working in organisations with diverse services, functions, or products.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement tools and methodologies.
- Proven reporting, analytics, and problem-solving skills.
- Well-developed stakeholder management and relationship skills.
- Ability to influence and coach improvement champions through change.

- Experience delivering improvements that create positive outcomes for the community.
- Project management skills.
