We are looking for an experienced Sales Associate to join us in a Fixed Term capacity (through to March 2027) in our stunning, newly renovated boutique on Collins St.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
With your exceptional ability in developing and driving client relationships, you will be instrumental in:

  • Providing unique and exceptional client experiences inside and outside the boutique
  • Cultivating strong client relationships and brand loyalty
  • Personally contributing to sales results along with stock & compliance accuracy
  • Participating in client events and acting as an Ambassador of the Maison
  • Supporting the set-up and closing of the boutique
  • Assisting with special projects when requested, liaising with other company stakeholders

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

  • +3 years previous experience in retail, hospitality, or service-led roles
  • A strong understanding of Luxury Standards
  • A service and client-focused approach
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative team spirit
  • Exceptional organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and a passion for helping others
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to quickly adapt to a fast-paced environment

  • You will then have the opportunity to meet our Retail Area Manager & HR Manager, who can share our overall vision and future plans
