**Key Responsibilities**

**Admin & Dispatch**
- Process online orders via **Shopify**, monitor daily sales and communicate with customers
- Organise delivery **runs and driver schedules**:

- Enter **incoming stock into NetSuite** from supplier containers
- Communicate with internal teams and assist in coordinating small deliveries

**Warehouse & Order Fulfilment**
- Unpack containers and organise new stock into correct locations
- Pick and pack small orders for courier dispatch and customer pickups
- Assist walk-in customers with loading bulky items (e.g., baths, vanities, tiles)
- Keep the warehouse clean, tidy, and well-structured for efficient access
- Restock showroom shelves, update displays, and support visual merchandising
- Support general warehouse operations, supplier pickups, and stocktakes

**Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Essential)**
- Comfortable driving a **ute, van or small truck** for small deliveries
- Good knowledge of **Sydney metro area** routes and logistics
- Familiar with **Shopify** and/or **NetSuite** (training provided)

**What You’ll Need**
- Valid **forklift licence** (preferred)
- Valid **driver’s licence** (essential)
- Physically fit and comfortable lifting bulky items safely (training provided)
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and well-organised
- A practical mindset with the ability to juggle both warehouse and admin tasks
