Overview

Beaumont Tiles is seeking a Trade Sales Consultant for our Mandurah store. You will develop trusted relationships with customers, provide advice with a consultative approach, and help ensure customers are delighted with their experience while achieving the team sales targets.

The Role

As Trade Sales Consultant at Beaumont Tiles, you will experience a truly diverse role. Reporting to the Store Manager, your day-to-day work includes generating sales, providing expert service, processing sales efficiently and accurately, following up with customers, and handling some day-to-day administration tasks, while maintaining the store's appearance. You may also assist with customer pick-ups, receiving deliveries, and providing expert knowledge and advice to trade customers and builders.

To Be Successful In This Role You Will Possess
  • Previous experience in a similar role involving sales and service
  • Proven abilities in achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in a retail, sales, or service environment
  • Administrative skills and technologically savvy
  • Physically able for the loading and unloading of heavy products
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
