The Opportunity

Are you a highly motivated individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer service? We have an exciting full-time opportunity for a Showroom Consultant to join our team at the Coffs Harbour Showroom.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-tier customer care, managing sales, and processing orders. You'll greet customers, listen to their needs, and assist them in finding products while providing expert advice on features and brands. You'll also work with fellow consultants, warehouse staff, and suppliers to ensure a seamless customer experience.

This position requires someone who is a strong self-starter with the ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player. You must be able to manage priorities and work efficiently under pressure with impeccable attention to detail.

What We Offer

Full-time employment: Your full time 38hr work week is rostered over four and half days. 8am to 5pm Tuesday to Friday and 8am to 12pm every Saturday.

Comprehensive training: You will receive supported, on-the-job training and mentoring from a highly experienced manager to help you succeed. You'll also learn to use our point-of-sale software to manage stock and orders.
