About Us:
Fleurieu Home Improvements is a leading name in residential renovation and construction, dedicated to transforming homes and delivering high-quality projects tailored to our clients' needs. We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Sales Consultant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to understand their renovation or construction needs.
- Use system calculators to generate price estimates for clients.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and clarify any questions.
- Coordinate with our Draftsman to have project plans drawn up.
- Send finalised plans to the Estimator for detailed pricing.
- Schedule projects into the company calendar to ensure efficient workflow.
- Lodge insurance paperwork for relevant projects and keep records up to date.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales or client-facing roles (preferred).
- Basic understanding of residential construction or renovations.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
