Role Description

This is a full-time position for a Senior Development Manager located in Sydney, NSW. The Senior Development Manager will oversee the planning, implementation, and management of several projects in our portfolio.

Daily tasks include coordinating with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, and maintaining quality control standards. The role also involves managing regulatory compliance, procuring permits, and monitoring progress and performance metrics.

To thrive in this role, you will bring extensive experience in residential or land lease development, with an in depth understanding of what drives development returns and ability to formulate and execute on front-end strategy.

You'll be skilled in feasibility modelling and analysis, interpreting market trends, and adept at balancing technical detail with customer focused project visioning.

Qualifications

  • Project Management, Planning, and Implementation skills
  • Experience in coordination and communication with architects, contractors, and stakeholders
  • Budget Management, Cost Control, and Financial Acumen skills
  • Knowledge of Regulatory Compliance and Permit Procurement
  • Quality Control and Performance Monitoring skills
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • Experience in MPC and built form is required
  • Whole of life project experience across development, construction, sales, marketing and customer service
  • Responsible for the financial metrics and performance of the projects.
