Lead Civil Engineer

Joule Resources is a specialist recruitment agency whose purpose is to find the best fit for every role and candidate. Due to organic growth, one of our clients currently requires a Lead Civil Engineer for their major land development projects. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Perth with strong progression opportunities in a highly-renowned, award-winning, growing consultancy.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage land development projects from concept to completion
- Oversee and mentor a team of engineers and designers
- Collaborate with clients, councils, and regulatory bodies
- Deliver projects on time and on budget
- Drive growth through new business opportunities
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in land development in relation to site design, land development, stormwater drainage, sewerage design and bulk earthworks
- Strong knowledge of Western Australian land development regulations & practices
- Proven experience in team leadership and project management
- Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills
