As the inaugural lyf Champion, you'll have the unique opportunity to shape an environment where guests don't just check in, but check into a vibrant community. You'll oversee the operational launch, cultivate a strong team culture, and ensure commercial and service excellence from day one, creating exceptional and memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all aspects of hotel operations to ensure service excellence and smooth day-to-day functioning
  • Build and develop a high-performing, guest-focused team
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue and profitability
  • Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control measures
  • Champion a new-to-market F&B concept that excites the local scene

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in a senior hospitality leadership role
  • Strong commercial acumen, with solid P&L and budgeting experience
  • Exceptional team leadership and communication skills
  • Strategic mindset with operational focus
  • Knowledge of current hospitality trends and compliance standards
