About the Role :

Are you a strategic leader passionate about driving growth, building relationships, and delivering exceptional client experiences? Achmea Australia is seeking a dynamic National Manager, Key Accounts to lead our team and shape the future of our most significant farm insurance clients.

In this role, you'll play a key part in improving the daily operations of our Commercial function.

Role Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the Key Account strategy to achieve commercial goals.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Build and maintain long-term partnerships with high-value clients.
  • Ensure operational excellence through CRM discipline and process improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality assurance frameworks.

About You :

Tertiary qualifications in business, commerce, agriculture, or a related field.10+ years of experience in business development or key account management, ideally in financial services or insurance.Proven leadership experience with a track record of driving growth and retention.Strong sales acumen.Strong understanding of rural and agricultural markets.Expertise in CRM systems, pipeline management, and strategic relationship building.
