Bar Staff – Porter House

Join a New Culinary Destination at The Porter House Hotel

We're on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Bar Staff to join the opening team of our brand-new venue located in the prestigious Porter House Hotel. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a hatted chef in a high-end dining environment that promises excellence in both service and cuisine.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve premium cocktails, wines and spirits
  • Provide friendly and professional bar service
  • Ensure bar operations run smoothly during service
  • Maintain a clean, organised and well-presented bar area
  • Uphold RSA standards at all times

What We're Looking For
  • Valid RSA and valid visa to work in Australia
  • Previous experience in cocktail bars
  • Excellent presentation, punctuality and responsibility
  • Strong customer service skills – our number one priority
  • Wine and cocktail knowledge
  • Team player with a proactive attitude
  • Availability for evenings, weekends and public holidays
