Position type: Administration & Secretarial – Administrator

Looking to break into the business world? Based in Bella Vista, this entry-level, full-time traineeship gives you the chance to earn a Certificate III in Business while gaining real-world experience in a supportive team. All you need is a great attitude and a desire to learn – we'll help you with the rest

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Responding to phone and email enquiries
  • Operate within (or exceed ) SLA's and KPI's
  • Providing exceptional customer service and follow-up support
  • Assisting with quotes, client communication and account coordination
  • Performing general admin tasks like data entry, filing and document prep

We're Looking for Someone Who Is:

  • Friendly, confident and well-spoken
  • Eager to learn and grow in a business environment
  • Reliable, organised and has strong attention to detail
  • Interested in sales, customer service and admin support
  • Eligible to undertake a 12 month Certificate III in Business through a full-time traineeship
