About our role
We currently have an opportunity for a permanent, full-time Territory Manager to join our Victorian Foodservice sales team, working and reporting to our Southern Region State Manager. This hybrid role combines direct end-user engagement and distributor management, spanning metro and regional Victoria.
You will be responsible for managing and growing a large portfolio of end user customers—ranging from pubs, clubs, restaurants, hotels, takeaways, to health and aged care institutions—supported by distributors and working closely with their sales teams. Using our Salesforce CRM as your primary interface, you will build awareness, drive product trial, and encourage adoption of Simplot's food service products.

What you will do
Maximise sales and volume by setting clear goals for key accounts and identifying growth opportunities across a diverse customer baseManage and grow existing accounts, including pubs, clubs, restaurants, hotels, takeaways, and health and aged care institutionsBuild strong relationships with end users and distributor partners, delivering excellent service and conducting regular business reviewsIdentify and manage product trials and new launches, working with internal teams to support execution and drive adoptionMaintain accurate and up-to-date records for all customers using SalesforceComplete sales administration tasks efficiently and ensure alignment with service standardsFollow safe work practices and company policies, managing company assets responsiblyStay informed on product updates and market trends to support customer needs and business growthContribute to a collaborative team environment and support shared goals / plansAbout you
5+ years' experience in a Territory Manager or similar field-based sales roleTertiary education preferredProven background in Foodservice, FMCG, or Sales industriesStrong account management experience with a customer-first mindsetConfident working autonomously – able to plan and structure your own week and work with competing prioritiesHighly driven with a strong focus on achieving resultsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsStrong business acumen and commercial awarenessSkilled in presenting solutions and influencing stakeholdersStrong reputation and existing relationships in the Foodservice industry highly regardedProficient in Salesforce CRM, Blueshift and Microsoft Office Suite highly regardedExceptional time management and organisational skillsComfortable working independently but as part of busy, focused team at state and national levelIf this sounds like you, then please apply online now.
