THE ROLE:

As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships within the healthcare sector, specifically focused on infection prevention and pressure injury management.

In this role, you'll promote and sell disposable consumables that play a critical role in improving patient outcomes. Your efforts will help reshape infection prevention practices and ensure that healthcare professionals have the tools they need to provide the best possible care. You'll be a key player in expanding our reach and making a direct impact on healthcare environments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Based in Melbourne, this role covers the regions of VIC and TAS
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand the territory and consistently exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals, including infection preventionists, nurses, and other medical staff, with a focus on infection and injury prevention solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies and exceptional customer service.
  • Drive product awareness and education on the benefits of disposable consumables for infection and injury prevention, delivering training sessions and product demonstrations.
  • Offer ongoing support to clients, ensuring they receive outstanding service and care at every step.
  • Willing to travel as business needs arise

ABOUT YOU:

  • Proven sales experience with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets, ideally in medical devices, or hospital consumables
  • Experienced Territory Managers from pharmaceuticals or other industries with a strong interest in healthcare are welcome to apply
  • A clinical background (nursing, allied health, biomedical sciences) is a plus
  • Experience managing territories autonomously and building lasting relationships with healthcare professionals.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to effectively convey the benefits of infection and injury prevention consumables.
  • Strategic, results-driven, with the ability to analyse market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Self-motivated, with a strong passion for improving patient outcomes.
