ACRWORLD is recruiting for Structures Foreman and Finishes Foreman roles in Sydney, New South Wales.

Your New Role

We are seeking both Structures Foremen and Finishes Foremen to deliver large-scale, design-driven projects.

  • As a Structures Foreman, you will take responsibility for excavation, piling, concrete, and formwork packages, overseeing all structure trades on-site.
  • As a Finishes Foreman, you will lead the delivery of high-end finishes, coordinating trades to achieve quality outcomes that align with the developer's design vision.

Reporting to the Site Manager and working closely with the Project Director, you'll ensure works are delivered to program, within budget, and to the highest standard of safety and compliance.

For You To Be Successful
  • Trade qualified (Carpentry or similar).
  • Proven track record delivering mid to high-rise projects (residential or mixed-use).
  • Strong knowledge of structures or finishes (depending on role).
  • Excellent leadership and subcontractor management skills.
  • Strong reporting, systems, and client-facing ability.
  • In-depth understanding of construction processes and safety compliance.
