Play a critical role in driving growth and performance as the National Manager - Partnerships and Growth. Join one of Australia's largest workplace injury prevention providers, Konekt.
The role:
The National Manager - Partnerships and Growth will be responsible for:
- Driving revenue growth by identifying and securing high-value target accounts and leveraging engagement platforms to unlock profitable sales opportunities.
- Acting as a brand ambassador by promoting the Konekt brand effectively.
- Overseeing the formulation and execution of sales strategies to expand product procurement from existing clients.
- Managing a sales pipeline to generate new leads and business sources continuously.
- Identifying, negotiating, and securing new business opportunities with corporate clients.
- Strategic targeting and acquisition of major accounts.
- Partnering with Customer Solutions and marketing to explore new product development or pilot opportunities.
- Writing and reviewing strategic customer tenders and proposals.
- Utilizing trend analysis to identify strategic initiatives for portfolio growth.
- Collaborating with Regional Managers to implement cohesive client management strategies and leverage opportunities.
About you:
- Experience in a customer-focused role with a proven track record in revenue growth.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Established network within the Australian workers' compensation or relevant health sector.
- Ability to foster and maintain positive professional relationships.
- High-level IT and business analytical skills.
- Experience with CRM and sales management software.
- Knowledge of market conditions and trends.
- Ability to engage meaningfully with customers and clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Tertiary qualification in a related field (Health, Business, or Insurance) is desirable.
- Results-oriented with initiative and flexibility.
- Highly motivated and proactive, capable of working autonomously and collaboratively.
