The Impairment Benefits Specialist is to manage the end-to-end impairment determination process for injured workers in accordance with legislative requirements.

Key Skills Required
- Problem Solving & Decision Making: Strong analytical and reasoning ability.
- Negotiation & Influencing: Ability to negotiate effectively.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written skills.
- Work Management: Good organizational and time management skills.
- Customer Service: Focus on serving injured workers and stakeholders.
- Completion of AMA4 training by Work Safe Victoria.
- Minimum 2 years' claims management experience (or equivalent).
- Experience working with the legal profession.
- Extensive knowledge of medical and paramedical terminology and procedures, including treatments.
- Experience managing hearing device claims.
