About the Role
  • Teach Senior Legal Studies and Accounting in accordance with QCAA requirements, including participation in the Endorsement and Confirmation processes.
  • Deliver engaging, rigorous, and well-structured lessons within the framework of a Classical Catholic education.
  • Contribute to the intellectual and spiritual life of the school community.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to promote academic excellence and a strong culture of learning.
  • Current registration with the Queensland College of Teachers (QCT).
  • Demonstrated experience teaching QCE Senior Legal Studies and Accounting.
  • Familiarity with the QCAA's Endorsement and Confirmation processes.
  • An understanding of and commitment to Classical Catholic pedagogy.
  • A willingness to support and promote the Traditional Catholic ethos of St Philomena School.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of or interest in the Liberal Arts tradition.
  • A practicing Catholic who actively supports the mission and vision of the school.
  • Experience teaching in a Classical Education setting.
