Acclaimed Workforce is recruiting Vintage casuals for Treasury Wine Estates Barossa Winery (Penfolds / Wolf Blass) located at Nuriootpa in the iconic Barossa Valley. The positions are available for the 2026 Vintage. During this period, the winery will operate 24/7 with shifts up to 6 x 12-hour shifts per week, including weekends.

Vintage Cellar Hands

Responsibilities may include tasks such as:

  • Transferring juice and wine
  • Crushing
  • Filtering
  • Pressing
  • Fermentation activities
  • Floatation
  • Sampling
  • Additions
  • Operating automated tank farms and barrel lines
Vintage Intake Operators

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assessing grape deliveries
  • Ensuring quality standards are met
  • Creating accurate weigh notes
  • Managing delivery schedules
  • Working within the grape intake area
Key Requirements for Both Roles
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks
  • Safety-conscious mindset
  • Computer literacy
  • Logical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to perform physical tasks (medical check required)
Responsibilities Across Both Roles
  • Supporting compliance with quality standards and regulations
  • Maintaining food safety and quality management systems
  • Ensuring product quality during operations
  • Accurately completing all operation records

Successful candidates will have the opportunity to work with some of the most admired wines globally. All candidates will undergo a medical assessment, including drug and alcohol testing.
