Appliance Service Technician Job Description

The role of an Appliance Service Technician is a crucial part of our team. We are looking for a highly skilled technician who can provide exceptional customer service and work efficiently in a flexible environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Repair and fully test the operation of appliances ensuring full customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain superior product knowledge through all training media, service manuals and training sessions
  • Complete all paperwork and documents related to service work and cash collection
  • Maintain and manage van stock of spare parts inventory
Requirements:
  • A valid electrical license or restricted electrical workers license (disconnect & reconnect appliances) is preferred, industry experience as a minimum
  • Strong communication skills and strong PC skills
  • Provide premium customer service
  • Be self-motivated with a positive, friendly approachable nature
