Medical Sales Representative

Join Our Dynamic New National Sales Team at FarmaForce This Fixed term contract role is responsible for managing the territory of Melbourne's South Eastern Suburbs. We are building a passionate and ambitious national sales team across Australia, and we are looking for driven, collaborative individuals who are ready to make an impact in the pharmaceutical sales industry.

Responsibilities- Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with medical professionals in your assigned territory.
- Present and detail respiratory products to healthcare professionals, demonstrating in-depth product knowledge and clinical benefits.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve territory sales objectives.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand market presence.
- Provide educational support and training to healthcare providers, ensuring optimal product understanding and utilization.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and clinical advancements within the respiratory field.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and medical affairs, to align strategies and share market insights.
- Maintain compliance with Medicines Australia guidelines and internal company policies.
- Accurately document and report sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback.
- Travel every 6 weeks to Mildura and surrounding areas for a country run.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience as a sales representative or related sales experience.
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales or related medical fields is highly regarded.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Full Australian working rights and reliable vehicle with 5 star ANCAP safety rating.
