We're looking for someone who:

Has proven senior-level Business Manager success in a dealership environment (minimum 5 years' experience)

Excels at managing the end-to-end Finance & Insuranceprocess while maximising profitability

Can coach, mentor, and support sales staff to improve finance penetration

Is adept at building lasting customer relationships while closing deals quickly

Thrives under pressure, handling high lead volumes and tight turnarounds

Holds current Finance & Insuranceaccreditations and is confident navigating lender platforms

Is strategic, analytical, and commercially driven

Strong leadership, communication, and rapport-building skills

Commercial acumen and a focus on delivering results

A collaborative approach with sales and management teams
