What You'll Be Doing

As a senior technical expert, you'll play a hands-on role in delivering high-impact support, mentoring others, and driving innovation across client environments. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Designing and implementing advanced system architecture across client environments
  • Leading security administration and best practices to ensure robust, secure systems
  • Delivering cloud solutions with a focus on Microsoft 365, Azure, and hybrid environments
  • Driving virtualization projects and optimizing infrastructure performance
  • Solving complex, escalated issues with advanced troubleshooting across varied IT landscapes
  • Mentoring Level 1 and 2 techs to uplift capability

What You'll Bring

  • Advanced troubleshooting of desktops, servers, and networks (Windows/Mac/Linux)
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure: DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls, routing/switching
  • Experience with endpoint security tools and malware remediation
  • Backup and disaster recovery solutions configuration and troubleshooting
  • Cloud technology expertise (Azure, AWS, SaaS platforms)
  • Understanding of ITIL practices
  • Degree or Diploma in Information Technology
  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional (highly regarded)
