What You'll Do:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients during their property purchase journey, ensuring a smooth settlement and handover process.
  • Support our Senior Relationship Manager by answering client queries, coordinating with finance brokers, conveyancers, builders, and property managers.
  • Oversee various moving parts from contract to handover, ensuring excellent communication and seamless collaboration with all stakeholders.

  • A customer service enthusiast with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • A genuine eagerness to learn and develop new skills in a dynamic environment.
  • While experience in property, finance, construction, or real estate is an advantage, it's not a must – we value your transferable skills and positive attitude above all.
