About Us

We are one of Australia's largest independently owned retail groups, with 600+ employees nationwide. Our Support Office in Mansfield is home to around 40 staff, and we are growing steadily. You will be working in a business that values initiative, supports innovation, and maintains a welcoming, down-to-earth culture.

The Role

As our Senior IT Support Specialist, you will be part of a small, high-performing team. Reporting to the IT Manager, you will take ownership of support, infrastructure, systems rollouts, and more, across both our head office and retail store network.

This is a hands-on, varied role where no two days are the same. You will enjoy working across a broad tech stack, leading support initiatives, and making a real difference to the business.

What You will Do

Provide support across head office and 50+ retail sites

Maintain and improve help desk operations and user experience

Deploy and configure systems for new store setups and upgrades

Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, and user access controls

Roll out and support IP-based phone systems

Troubleshoot and support POS and other retail systems

Collaborate on tech projects and contribute to our digital innovation roadmap

Some interstate and local travel as needed

What You will Bring

Proven ability to set-up and support network systems and computer equipment essential;

Driver's license required - some local travel and occasional interstate travel is required;

Previous experience in retail IT support is a bonus
