Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Account Manager based in southern Adelaide, SA. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, coordinating with various teams to ensure product quality and timely deliveries, and identifying new business opportunities. Additionally, the role involves regular client visits, handling customer inquiries, and developing strategies to maintain and grow customer accounts.
Qualifications
- Experience in client relationship management and customer service
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in sales and account management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of the food service industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
