The Opportunity

The Veris Graduate Program for 2026 is designed for talented and passionate graduates who are wanting to join a dynamic and innovative organisation within the spatial services industry. Veris is the only business in Australia to offer the full range of spatial services – Surveying, Town Planning and Urban design, Spatial Data Analytics, GIS and Environmental Advisory. The Veris Graduate Program offers you the opportunity to rotate through our key service lines.

Property Survey

Property Survey teams are comprised of land surveyors and registered cadastral surveyors who have extensive industry expertise utilising cutting edge equipment and technology.

Engineering Survey

Engineering Survey teams specialise in supporting high-end engineering and construction projects including; Railways, Tunnels, Roads, Bridges, Buildings, Earthworks, Customised monitoring projects and pipelines.

Digital & Spatial

Digital & Spatial teams provide leadership in 3D data and capture technology. Core to our spatial team are our services in terrestrial laser scanning, mobile laser scanning, drone imagery and LiDAR, metrology and hydrography. Our digital teams also focus on 3D modelling (BIM), GIS, 3D visualisations, analytics and geospatial advisory.

Consulting & Advisory

Consulting & Advisory team has town planners, urban designers and environmental advisors in major cities and regional areas across Australia. Our skills cover both land development and inner-city built form projects. Our expertise covers strategic and statutory planning.

Our environmental team specialise in early-stage planning to long-term asset management, we deliver data-driven insights that optimise environmental performance and reduce project risk. By combining high-resolution reality capture with specialist environmental planning advice, our solutions are designed to support compliance, fast-track approvals, and elevate stakeholder engagement every step of the way.

Eligibility for the Veris Graduate Program

To be eligible for the Veris Graduate Program you must be:

Have full-time working rights to live and work in Australia and be due to graduate in 2025 or early 2026 or if you have already completed your studies, your graduation date must be within the past 2 years at the time of application

• Bachelor of Surveying Science and/or Bachelor of Geospatial Science
• Diploma in Surveying and Spatial or Associate Diploma in Surveying and Spatial
• Bachelor of Urban and Regional Planning, Bachelor of Urban and Environmental Planning or Bachelor of Planning
• Bachelor of Science in Geographical Information Science (GIS)
• Bachelor of Design (BIM)
