Locations: Melbourne | Sydney | Brisbane

Start Date: February 2026

Kickstart your career with our Graduate Consultant Program and dive headfirst into the exciting world of Australia's Superannuation and Financial Services industries As a Graduate Consultant, you'll team up with clients and seasoned pros to tackle challenges head-on, unleash your creativity, and craft innovative solutions that really make a splash.

You'll be involved in:

  • Business analysis and engaging with stakeholders
  • Designing and improving processes
  • Mapping customer and user experiences
  • Analysing data and making improvements

Who We're Looking For:

  • Analytical, curious, and good communicators
  • Comfortable dealing with clients and senior stakeholders
  • Strong in critical thinking, analysis, and writing
  • Team players, proactive, and adaptable
  • Australian citizens or permanent residents (temporary visa holders are not eligible).

**Recent graduates (or those graduating by late 2025) in Information Technology, Business, Economics, or similar fields**.
