We're seeking an experienced marketing professional to take the lead on campaigns and give focus to high potential areas Channel and Rental.

Included In What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute end-to-end B2B marketing campaigns across broker, direct, dealership, and rental channels
  • Shape and implement lead generation plans, including digital and offline tactics
  • Ensure all finance-related materials are compliant in collaboration with legal teams
  • Lead a marketing strategy refresh for the Rental business (trucks, trailers, passenger vehicles)
  • Align campaigns with a new onboarding and marketing automation platform launching soon
  • Support demand generation across both long-term and short-term rental channels
  • Coordinate and deliver events including aggregator dinners, finance industry conferences, and client education sessions
  • Manage invites, comms, follow-up, and execution alongside the broader team
  • Report on campaign performance metrics (lead volume, CTR, CPL, ROI)
  • Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations

Included In What You Have
  • 3-5 years' experience in B2B marketing, ideally in financial services, asset finance, fleet, dealership, or broker networks
  • Strong campaign planning skills and comfort briefing creative/agency partners
  • Experience with lead generation, digital advertising (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn), and performance tracking
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Background in rental, car hire, banking, or dealerships highly regarded
  • Understand compliance requirements in finance marketing
  • Know how to interpret and act on campaign performance data
  • Thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments
  • Have experience briefing and managing content creators, designers, or media partners
