Job Description

Casual Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for assisting on a range of roles within the business. The focus for this role is high-volume recruitment for retail Brand Ambassadors and Merchandisers.

Responsibilities
  • Support high-volume recruitment for brand ambassadors and merchandisers in retail.
  • Assist on a range of roles within the business.

About You

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and has held a similar position previously. You are resilient and agile in your approach. You work with a sense of urgency and are able to multitask and prioritise effectively to support the ever-changing business needs.

The Successful Candidate Will Also Have
  • Previous experience in high-volume recruitment is preferred but not essential
  • An understanding of current sourcing techniques
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional organisational and time management abilities
  • Relevant tertiary HR or business qualification preferred but not essential
