Are you organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering a seamless client experience? We're looking for a Client Service Manager to join a growing mortgage broking team in Adelaide. You'll be the broker's right hand, keeping everything running smoothly from loan submission to settlement.
What You'll Be DoingProvide end-to-end support for brokers: from file prep to post-settlement follow-ups
Liaise with clients, lenders, conveyancers and third parties to keep deals moving
Manage client documentation and compliance requirements
Ensure a high standard of communication and service at every touchpoint
Help improve internal systems and support efficiency across the team
What We're Looking ForMinimum 2+ years of experience in a mortgage broker support, loan processing, or banking/finance admin role
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A proactive, team-focused attitude and dedication to delivering great customer service
Experience with broker platforms such as ApplyOnline, MyCRM is highly regarded
