The RoleDue to our rapidly expanding business, we have been hiring high-end talent to match our dynamic customer/brand portfolio. We are now looking for Three National Account Executives (NAE) to support our senior sales team. Our NAEs will be responsible for driving sales, brand share, and customer results within the JCSM sales team structure.
The NAE is responsible for supporting key national accounts including, but not limited to, Woolworths, Costco, Metcash, Emerging Channels, and Petrol & Convenience customers. The role involves market intelligence sharing, contributing to a learning culture for continuous improvement in future JCSM plans.
This semi-autonomous role includes managing customer relationships, promotion management, trade spend, account planning, category analysis, project management, category reviews, and P&L management for JCSM brands. This is a hands-on position.
Previous sales and relationship management experience is vital. Travel will be a key part of the role, with regular meetings with key customer and internal stakeholders.
The roles are based at the JCSM Head Office, located 5 minutes northeast of the Adelaide CBD.
Qualifications / Experience- Degree in Business or a related discipline
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience in FMCG sales or relationship management
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and selling skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Entrepreneurial drive and proactive mindset
- High proficiency in Microsoft Suite
