You're a compassionate and capable mentor who brings clarity, care, and confidence to everything you do. • 2+ years' experience in a similar commercial environment
• Understanding of the telco industry
• Ability to manage debtors and apply collection policies with fairness and consistency
• Skilled in navigating complex conversations and building trust at all levels
• Strong organisational, administrative, and procedural capabilities
• Demonstrated ability to:
• Solve problems with a calm and thoughtful approach
• Work on one's own and collaboratively
• Learn quickly and adapt to change

• Support and guide Accounts Receivable Officers, fostering growth and achievement
• Own and enhance AR systems and processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Prepare aged debtor reports and support monthly write-off approvals
• Monitor collection trends and identify opportunities for improvement
• Build strong cross-functional relationships and exercise sound judgement
• Manage day-to-day AR activities with care and precision
• Act as a trusted escalation point for complex account issues
• Provide support across AR tasks and contribute to a positive team culture
