About the business and therole:
EFSSolar is an Australian-owned electrical company as well as being a highly reputable renewable energy and solar retailer/installer servicing and operating in key markets of QLD, NSW, ACT, and NT since 2014. We are looking forExperienced Sales Professionals who are able to promote, sell and close on our range of products and services including airconditioning units.
As a business, we conduct the whole process fromwholesale anddistribution to sales and installation, therefore the ability to manage the full sales funnel in-house gives us the advantage of a high volume of referral business andwarminbound leads for you to service.
Our head office is based on the Gold Coast with offices over NSW, QLD & NT
Due to an oversupply of warm to hot leads, we are currently seeking "Experienced Individuals" with greatsales experience in thesolar/air conditioning industry to focus on servicing these leads as well as building on new business development. You will be supplied with all the tools of the trade required to complete the sale and you will work directly with the sales manager to expand new business opportunities with residential clients.
Duties include:
Calling up to 150 leads per day
Preparing Proposals and following up with prospects as required.
Presentations and negotiations
Achieve minimum KPI's & maximise sales opportunities
Networking and relationship building
Requirements for this Role:
Must have sales experience with a proven track record of meeting KPI's, and targets
A strong desire to learn and build a career.
A hunter mentality and the commitment necessary to maintain a high-level income.
Ambitious and motivated to succeed.
A passion and hunger for sales with the drive and discipline to succeed and earn a six-figure income.
The ability to cross-sell on other opportunities, products, and services.
Not Essential but Highly Regarded:
Experience in the air conditioning, solar/renewable energy industry.
