About Us

Percy Productivity offers solar and electrical businesses a dedicated support team to handle admin tasks, customer service and coordination.

We're expanding our team and seeking an experienced Customer Coordinator to represent our clients in Australia.

About the Role

This position is phone-centric – you'll receive calls from customers and installers and make outgoing calls on behalf of multiple solar (and occasionally non-solar) clients.

When the phones are quieter, you'll assist with administrative tasks and provide support to our offshore team to ensure job progression.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Answering inbound calls for multiple solar clients (customers, installers, suppliers).
  • Making outbound calls on behalf of clients (confirming installs, chasing information, handling escalations).
  • Serving as the Australian point of contact for customer service and installer coordination.
  • Addressing escalations promptly and professionally.
  • Providing assistance with solar administration when not on calls – scheduling, compliance paperwork, CRM updates.
  • Collaborating with our offshore team to maintain smooth install processes.
About You

We're looking for someone who's confident on the phone, able to build rapport quickly, and not hesitant to initiate contact. Relevant industry knowledge is essential.

You'll bring:

  • Experience in solar or electrical administration/coordination.
  • Strong customer service skills – clear, confident, professional communication.
  • The ability to manage multiple clients and switch contexts swiftly.
  • Comfort making outgoing calls (not just answering incoming).
  • Good administrative skills (CRMs, emails, scheduling).
  • Calm under pressure and willing to troubleshoot issues.
