We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Supervisor to coach, supervise, support, and drive a small team with the mindset for themselves to grow in the leadership role.

The day-to-day duties will consist of the following:

  1. Managing transport for local, interstate & incoming overseas deliveries
  2. Managing inward and outward deliveries
  3. Picking and packing of orders
  4. Liaising with customer service department
  5. Loading/unloading of trucks & containers
  6. Maintaining high standards of occupational health & safety
  7. Working alongside State Sales Manager and sales staff
  8. Organise, coach, motivate and supervise warehouse staff.
  9. Creating a positive / team culture
  10. Providing great customer service to clients and customers who may need to collect goods from warehouse

Ideally the successful candidate will possess the following attributes:

  1. Has a passion for warehousing / distribution
  2. Task / process driven
  3. Proven ability to lead, supervise and coach team
  4. Can work efficiently and effectively in pressure situations.
  5. Able to multi-task
  6. Current forklift licence with proven experience with high reach forklifts
  7. Confident with Microsoft Office applications
  8. Physically fit
  9. Sound knowledge & understanding of the distribution industry
  10. Punctual
  11. Experience with stock take procedures.
  12. Proficient problem solver
  13. Commitment to workplace safety
