We are looking for new members in the Salesforce space.

As a Salesforce Health Cloud Consultant, you will work closely with stakeholders to gather business requirements, translate them into Salesforce solutions, and ensure successful project delivery. You will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation of Salesforce Health Cloud, including architecture, customisation, and integration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyse business requirements and define Salesforce solutions.
  • Lead end-to-end Health Cloud implementations (MUST HAVE).
  • Develop and document platform-level architecture, including Low-Level Design (LLD) documentation.
  • Map business processes to Salesforce product features and optimize workflows.
  • Facilitate workshops and guide technical teams with excellent communication skills.
  • Ensure on-time delivery of in-sprint tasks as per agreed scope and quality.
  • Provide expert guidance on Salesforce best practices, automation, and integrations.
  • Develop functional specifications and documentation for customizations and integrations.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience with Salesforce Health Cloud (MUST HAVE).
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce architecture and solution design.
  • Ability to create Low-Level Design (LLD) documents.
  • Experience in business process mapping and optimizing workflows within Salesforce.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce automation, integration, and best practices.
  • Location: Sydney (Hybrid/Flexible)
  • Start Date: ASAP
