Troocoo is working exclusively with an innovative SaaS business to recruit a Project Manager to lead the delivery of client-facing development projects. You will be working with a global client base and responsible for 1-3 projects at a time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client expectations and delivery timelines with a clear focus on outcomes
  • Lead sprints, provide weekly stakeholder updates, and maintain an accurate project schedule
  • Collaborate with internal development teams to drive delivery, ensuring alignment across internal and external stakeholders
  • Showcase product capabilities and influence client decisions to achieve successful outcomes
Key Characteristics:
  • 3+ years' experience as a Project Manager, supported by relevant tertiary education and/or industry certifications (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum)
  • Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within scope, and to a high standard of quality
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Able to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, fostering innovation and idea generation
  • Experience managing budgets, project schedules, and resource allocation to optimise delivery outcomes
  • Demonstrated experience working in client-facing environments, managing expectations, and influencing positive outcomes
