Accounts & Admin Position. We are a local family dairy farm business looking for a reliable, organised and responsible staff member to work in our on farm office in Accounts and Admin.
Responsibilities- Daily monitoring of incoming emails
- Collate supplier invoices and reconcile supplier accounts
- Weekly Payroll
- General admin duties including: data entry, filing, scanning, answering phone calls, collecting and sorting of mail etc.
- Assisting and learning the requirements of compliance/auditing in various parts of the business
- Running errands
- General office support across all parts of the farm business.
- Depending on experience assisting with HR requirements
- Experience with general computer skills and use of programs such as: Excel, Word, Email, MYOB (or similar)
- Ability to work both independently and also communicate and work well with others.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- A keen interest to learn new skills as the job may require.
This is a full time position with pay based on experience.
