Overview

Join to apply for the Clinical Care Manager role at HammondCare. HammondCare is currently looking for an experienced Clinical Care Manager to support and inspire the team at Horsley. The role works within the philosophy and core values of HammondCare to ensure that the service is tailored to the needs of the individual residents and delivered in a style that aims to maximise resident satisfaction.

The essence of this role is to advise the Managers, SDAs/RNs and Care Staff in clinical care delivery aligned with HammondCare's model of care, provide education in clinical areas and processes, facilitate clinical care delivery by the Carer, and support and investigate clinical/resident incidents as required.

Responsibilities
  • Advise Managers, SDAs/RNs and Care Staff in clinical care delivery aligned with HammondCare's model of care.
  • Provide education in clinical areas and processes and assist in the facilitation of clinical care delivery by the Carer.
  • Support and investigate clinical/resident incidents as required.
Qualifications
  • RN qualified and current registration with AHPRA.
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and to work well with other staff.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage, motivate and develop a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage financial performance.
  • Experience managing a team of skilled professionals.
  • Empathy, compassion and patience.
