About The Role

We are seeking a Medical Administrator to join our Cairns team on a full time basis. The role is offered on a rotating roster with shifts aligned to practice hours, and occasional weekend work required. The team in Cairns are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join the team.

About You
  • Demonstrated reception experience within a radiology or specialist practice is advantageous but not essential
  • Friendly, caring and compassionate nature with the ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to deliver a high level of patient care and customer service
  • Sharp attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Demonstrated composure under pressure prioritising a commitment to service excellence
  • Professional personal presentation
