As a BOSS Product Specialist, you will be the point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service. You will ensure effective communication with both clients and the internal team to meet all operations, processes, and deadlines efficiently. The role also operates as a Field Service Technician, performing product delivery and set-up while ensuring optimal equipment performance.
Experience- 3 years + in a similar role in Agriculture and/or Mechanical trade background.
- Comfortable with manual labor tasks, ideally suited for someone with a strong mechanical aptitude or hands-on experience in equipment and machinery.
- Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with staff, clients, and suppliers.
- Ability to analyze processes and implement improvements for continuous efficiency.
- Excellent time management, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated and works well with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities within the scope of responsibility.
