Product Specialist Role

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Product Specialist to join our team. As the key contact for clients, you will provide exceptional support and ensure effective communication with both clients and internal teams.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage client relationships and deliver top-notch support
  • Collaborate with the internal team to achieve operational efficiency
  • Perform product delivery and setup, ensuring optimal equipment performance
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in Agriculture and/or Mechanical trade background
  • Comfortable with manual labor tasks and possess strong mechanical aptitude or hands-on experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships with staff, clients, and suppliers
  • Ability to analyze processes and implement improvements for continuous efficiency
  • Strong time management, multitasking, and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated and works well with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities within the scope of responsibility
