Job Description
The Position:
This role involves building new and managing existing networks within the community to secure employment opportunities for our clients, who live with disability, injury, illness, or disadvantage, to help them build better working lives.
Ideal candidates will be driven, resilient, and energetic professionals with the ability to network with employers, build relationships, and manage accounts effectively. Your personable approach will help manage employer expectations and foster strong partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with, develop, and maintain employer and community networks to secure employment opportunities for clients;
- Manage a small caseload of clients, demonstrating empathy and compassion;
- Provide advocacy and information about atWork Australia's services, connecting clients and the wider community;
- Work in an energetic environment and embrace challenges;
- Make a difference and change lives every day
Qualifications
Attributes and Experience:
- Ability to work in an outcome-based environment and achieve positive results;
- Strong networking skills and a genuine passion for building partnerships with employers and clients;
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle competing priorities;
- Well-developed administration skills, utilizing various databases.
